Jacob’s Postcards- Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month
March is Cerebral Palsy awareness month!
These postcards were created by Soul’s brother Jacob, who lived with complex cerebral palsy. Jacob loved spending his summers at Easter Seals camp and created these watercolour paintings while at camp. Because of his disability, he had difficulty with motor skills, so to create these paintings, Jacob was given paint brushes while camp councillors made him laugh. With his laughter, his arms would swing over the canvas, creating artwork that is imbued with his infectious joy and smiles.
Keep this piece for yourself, or send it to a loved one to share his joy around the world! The back includes a short description of Jacob’s story, and space for a message, address and stamp.
5x7 inch glossy postcards
All proceeds for this card will be donated to Easter Seals camp to help children like Jacob thrive.
